We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any or all features of the Game at any time without prior notice.
4. User Conduct

- Not use cheating tools, automated programs, or any methods to manipulate the Game or leaderboard.
- Not submit offensive, obscene, or illegal player names.
- Not copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise use Game content (including images, sound effects, and code) without our explicit permission.
- Not engage in any behavior that may harm the Game or other users’ experience (e.g., spreading viruses, conducting cyberattacks).
Violating these Terms may result in the suspension or deletion of your Player ID and potential further legal action.
5. Advertisements and Rewards
The Game may include third-party advertisements (e.g., provided by AdMob). You may earn in-game rewards (e.g., energy recovery) by watching advertisements. These rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed or transferred. We are not responsible for advertisement content or the availability of third-party advertising services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game (including but not limited to images, sound effects, code, designs, and text) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Without our written permission, you may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use Game content.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or operate without interruption. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by:
- Technical issues (e.g., server interruptions, advertisement loading failures).
- Actions or failures of third-party services (e.g., AdMob, Firebase).
- Issues with your device or network.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game (if any).
8. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Game if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your Player ID, leaderboard data, or other Game progress may be deleted and cannot be recovered.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Game shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to an arbitration institution in Hong Kong for resolution.
